This was the king of all cartoons. Transformers reached cult status for many kids during its prime. The Rivalry between Optimus Prime and Megatron can go up there with some of the greatest rivalries of all-times. Everything about this cartoon was cool. From the cool intro to the transforming sounds made this a show to remember. It truely set the standard by which all cartoons are judged. It aired from 1984-1987.
